Diablo 4: Patch 1.1.3 main changes

Blizzard has announced that Diablo IV patch 1.1.3, scheduled for release on August 29, will address some of the issues players have encountered since the game's release. The patch will mostly focus on changing monster abilities and affixes, which will keep players in stuns and crowd control for extended periods of time.
One of the main changes in this patch is the reduction of crowd control effects applied to certain enemies, such as chills and stuns. Cold-enchanted enemies with fast attack speed will no longer apply cold every time they are hit, goatmen will use cold pillars less often, and cold-enchanted spiders will no longer be susceptible to cold. It also reduces the duration of enemy stun abilities such as Najali Snake Eye and Cannibal Devour.
Blizzard's goal is to reduce the amount of time players are under crowd control and increase the recovery time after being hit by a crowd control effect. These changes are in response to feedback from prominent content creators who expressed dissatisfaction with the punitive nature of being locked into a stun.
In addition, in version 1.1.3, the explosion damage of the fire monster and the charge ability damage of the fat monster will be reduced. The update also changes the way item affixes are displayed, making it easier for players to categorize affixes.
Additionally, this patch includes improvements for players who play the game on multiple platforms. Achievements, trophies, and challenges with cross-platform shared unlock requirements now carry over with cross-platform progression. Players will no longer need to replay certain parts of the game or complete certain milestones to unlock related achievements and trophies when switching between platforms.
