Diablo 4: How to get the Accursed Touch Vampiric Power

Diablo 4 Season of Blood introduces new vampire power mechanics to players. Cursed Touch is one of the most powerful vampire powers, but this ability is extremely difficult to unlock.

Once you unlock your first vampire power, you will be able to see Cursed Touch, but you may find that the power is locked. Acquiring this power is not difficult, but it does require serious training. If you want to experience the Vampire Touch for yourself, or just want to know what makes this ability so powerful, here's what you need to know.

How to Unlock the Cursed Touch Vampire Power

In Diablo 4, the Cursed Touch vampire power is unlocked after unlocking level 9 of the Hunter Commendation Board. Hunter's Praise is a currency earned by completing objectives in active Blood Harvest.

Achieving Whispers of the Blood Harvest is the best way to quickly climb the Hunter Reputation Board. Whispers are randomized quests based on specific blood harvests, but completing these objectives will earn you 100 Hunter Reputation. This is much higher than the 2-5 hunter praise you get for basic activities like killing explorers, burning corpse piles, and freeing prisoners.

Considering you can't do other jobs, such as contracts, grinding summoning items, or grinding equipment, until you've completed Blood Harvest, Hunter's Praise should come quickly. You can track your progress towards level 9 at any time at the Hunter Honor Council located in all major cities.

The Touch of Curse ability is one of my favorite vampire abilities in Season of Blood. This ability acts as a disease, with a 44% chance of inflicting a vampiric curse on enemies. This enemy has a 15% chance to spread the curse to other enemies, and cursed enemies take 200% increased damage from players.

Cursed Touch allows you to defeat large groups of people in a short amount of time.
