Diablo 4: How to Get the Urn of Experience

Diablo IV is the latest entry in the iconic action role-playing series, offering players a dark and dangerous world filled with daunting challenges and elusive treasures. Among them, what is difficult for many players to obtain is the "Cauldron of Experience".

As the name suggests, the "Cauldron of Experience" can greatly enhance the character's ability to upgrade. However, many players have encountered obstacles in finding it, partly due to common misunderstandings about its name. Read on to learn more about Diablo IV’s Experience Bottle and how to get it!

How to get experience jars in Diablo IV
As mentioned above, many players are having trouble obtaining experience jars in Diablo IV. There are many reasons for this, not the least of which is that the "pot of experience" doesn't even have a real name!

Many items that Diablo IV players call "pots of experience" are actually called "invasion stones." The Attack Pot is one of five recently added to the game that provides active buffs to aid players during gameplay.

"Attack Jars", known among players as "Experience Jars", increase a character's XP gain rate during gameplay. However, this is not a physical item that can be found in the game.

The five Urns that players will receive (no pun intended) are blessings that can only be purchased with Smoldering Ashes, which can only be obtained during the Diablo IV Battle Pass.

To receive the XP buffs provided by XP Jars, players must collect Smoldering Ashes in the Season Battle Pass. Once you've collected enough, you can use it to activate the urn. Once activated, players can also upgrade with additional Smoldering Embers for more powerful buffs.

Diablo IV's experience jars are one of the most popular features in the battle pass, but they're not the only one.

Other jars available in Diablo IV's seasonal battle pass include Invasion Jars, Negotiation Jars, Recycling Jars, Expansion Jars, and Malice Jars.

Here are all the unique buffs players will receive by activating these jars:

Urn of Aggression – “Boost to XP earned from monster kills”.
Urn of Bargaining – “Boost to the amount of Gold earned from Vendor sales”.
Urn of Reclamation – “Boost to the chance of rare materials from salvage”.
Urn of Prolonging – “Boost to the duration of all Elixers”.
Urn of Malignance – “Boost to the chance of powerful Malignant Heart drops. Hearts drop after completing the campaign”.

Each jar can be upgraded up to 4 levels, increasing the strength of the buff. All you need to upgrade is the amount of Smoldering Ash, which must be collected in order to activate the Urn.
