Diablo 4: The next version will balance Sorcerer and Barbarian

Blizzard has announced that the next patch for Diablo 4 will be released next Tuesday (August 8th), which will "improve the efficiency and fun of wizards and barbarians."
In a recent Campfire Chat livestream, the Diablo 4 development team expressed the Diablo community's deep disappointment with the 1.1.0 patch, released ahead of the July 20th launch of the game's first season, "Season of Viciousness." A series of changes that delighted his fans.
The purpose of this patch was to reset the balance of Diablo 4 and lay a new foundation for its future as a live service game, but it slowed down the player's progress in various ways and took up storage space, item classification and identification. Analyze player complaints about issues such as character classes and build feasibility.

Work starts now. Game directors Joe Shely and Joe Piepora and professional designer Adam Jackson elaborated on what to expect in version 1.1. Highlights the changes made to the classes "Wizard" and "Barbarian".
According to Jackson, the wizard's poor survivability will be improved, and some skill penalties will be reduced. He calls it the "kissing curse mechanic," whereas power increases, something else is removed to balance it. I feel like this balance tweak is overkill for mages and hinders career progression.
"The barbarian changes are mostly about making the early game experience better and smoother, and improving the late game by making class unique items more attractive and effective," Jackson said later.

Beyond those two categories, underpowered builds and unique items will be improved across the board, but Jackson warns that the team will be on good terms with Unics. Build-specific items and skills will be unlocked and function in a wider range of situations and builds.
Other changes added in the 1.1.1 update include increased monster density in Nightmare Dungeons and Helltide events to make up for the apparent lack of experience since the last patch. This should help. All bosses above level 35 are guaranteed to drop legendary items, and all treasure goblins above level 15 will now drop them as well.

The quality of life is also greatly improved. The cost of resetting a character has been drastically reduced by 40%, greatly easing the game's strict restrictions on experimental behavior, and adding a storage tab to store more items. Additionally, horses are less likely to get stuck in the landscape and can break through barriers.
Future patches will bring the effects of different types of damage closer together (currently, critical hits and damage against vulnerable enemies are very powerful), and bring certain builds and abilities (especially ultimates) into the game. The developers say they're looking at ways to better scale and improve minion builds in the year's second half, especially the minion-centric Necromancer class builds.
Blizzard has announced that the full patch notes will be released on Wednesday, August 2nd. Society will no doubt openly express its feelings then.
