FC 24: When is TOTY?

EA FC 24 is packed with new promotions for players to try, from Black Friday Thunderstruck to Dynasty events. However, the developers are still bringing back some staples that the community knows and loves, such as group stage teams.
One of the biggest events on the Ultimate Team calendar each season is Team of the Year, and it's back again. In fact, many players have started saving packs for the Classic event.

Is there any start date for TOTY?
There is currently no release date for EA FC 24 Team of the Year, but it is expected to be released on Friday, January 19, 2024. So far, TOTY has always dropped in mid-January, so that seems to be the most likely date, but it hasn't been officially confirmed yet.This is probably one of the biggest and most anticipated events of the entire season, so it won't be long before TOTY launches and the developers share the first details.
What is TOTY?
As the name suggests, EA FC 24 Team of the Year aims to recognize the best players of 2023 and award them with incredibly polished cards with the highest stats in the game. Ahead of the event, a list of candidates who contested last year will be announced and fans will be asked to vote for their 11-man team.Qualified forwards, midfielders and defenders will then be gradually released to include the entire team. There is also usually a 12-way voting, giving players the chance to select a star player who is unfortunate enough not to make the full roster and give them a Juice Card.
Given that this is the first year that female players have been included in Ultimate Team, it's possible that the Women's Team of the Year will be announced, but that remains to be seen.
